Our unit is a beautiful 3rd floor end unit condominium that overlooks the 17th tee of the True Blue Golf course with a scenic view of the 16th, par 3 green. The condo is located in the True Blue Plantation in historic Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Just 25 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and about an hour-and-a-half north of Charleston.

The condo unit is within walking distance of several of the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Renters will need a pool pass to access the pool areas. Pool passes are located in the condo unit. There are also tennis courts located on the plantation and Pawleys Island beach is just a short bike ride away.

The unit has two bedrooms and two full baths that easily accommodates a party of 6.

The unit offers all the amenities of home including a spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa, color TV, and DVD/VCR player. There is a screened in balcony porch that overlooks the 17th tee and 16th green of the beautiful True Blue golf course.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and all your cooking necessities. The dining area is located just between the kitchen and living room. A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area for your convenience.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed that can be broken down into two twin beds, color tv, DVD/VCR, large walk in closet, full bath and access to the screened balcony porch via a sliding glass door.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds, large closet, color TV, VCR and easy access to the second full bath.

There is NO need to bring sheets or bath towels as they are included in the rental package.
