The Retreat Sanctuary is a beautiful five to six bedroom lodge just minutes from Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Located on a 26 acre nature preserve, the Sanctuary is nestled in the foothills of the Siskiyou mountains on Wagner Creek.

This is a quiet setting without the distractions. Enjoy time to reflect, read, or visit with friends. Ask for a medicinal plant tour or strike out on the many hiking trails by yourself. Massage is available by appointment. The home sleeps nine to twelve, (more with permission) and has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, sun room, five bedrooms, library, deck, patio, gazebo near the creek, and hot tub. Children over ten welcome, younger welcome too with additional cleaning deposit.

An additional bedroom with private bath and its' own entrance is also available for a small additional charge.

Sit back and take in the beauty from the enclosed sun porch. The large country kitchen with wide-planked pine floors is inviting. The dining/living room area spans the length of the house encouraging formal or informal gatherings. Off of the living room, the Ananda bedroom offers two twin beds. The upstairs marble tiled bath includes a bathtub and shower.

An upstairs library is stocked with ample reading and listening material. Down the stairs there are four bedrooms and another full bath. The Sattva bedroom offers a nurturing refuge with two twin
beds available. Shakti energizes with a relaxing queen bed, and cozy futon chair. Karuna takes us into the forest with a twin bed and futon chair. Vayu is the cooling room that overlooks the creek with a queen bed. Soma, a new private suite located on the ground floor, is a warm, earth-sheltered room with its own bath and full-sized bed.

And if the beauty of the house isn't enough, the outside is magnificent! The relaxing hot tub looks out to Wagner Creek. In the heat of the summer the creek side pavilion cools and you can listen to the soothing sounds of the water. Massage and personal chef services are available by appointment.
